Your privacy
Privacy Policy.
Privacy information for the Power 2000 studio website.
1. Who is responsible?
The controller for this website is Power 2000 GmbH, Lohmühlenstr. 26, 12435 Berlin, Germany, represented by Managing Director Andreas Bauer. For privacy enquiries, email mail@power-2000.com.
2. Hosting and server logs
This privacy policy covers the public website at power-2000.com, hosted by Namecheap, Inc., using the Stellar Shared Hosting plan in a United States datacenter. Technical visitor data is therefore processed in the United States.
The hosting service records technical request data, including IP address, request time, requested URL, response status, referrer and browser information. Namecheap also provides server-log-based usage statistics through cPanel. Processing serves website delivery, operational monitoring and security, based on our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Namecheap describes its processing obligations and applicable safeguards for international transfers in its Data Processing Addendum, including EU Standard Contractual Clauses for relevant transfers under Article 46 GDPR. Further provider information is available in the Namecheap Privacy Policy.
Namecheap manages the server-side retention and rotation of access logs, error logs, archived logs and hosting statistics. The provider has not specified fixed retention periods for this shared-hosting service. Retention depends on the provider’s server configuration and applicable account and archive settings. Any log copies we retain to investigate a specific technical or security incident are deleted when that investigation is complete, unless legal obligations require longer retention.
3. Contacting us
If you email us, we process your address, message and information you choose to include to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual enquiries, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other correspondence. Please avoid including sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request.
Correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and meet any applicable statutory retention duties.
4. Cookies, analytics and external content
The studio website code does not set cookies, use browser storage, include analytics or advertising trackers, or embed third-party media. Fonts and hero textures are served with the website. The decorative hero responds to pointer movement locally; the website code does not transmit this interaction data.
External links open third-party websites only when selected. Those websites apply their own privacy policies.
5. Your rights
Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability of your personal data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your situation. Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it at any time for the future.
Contact mail@power-2000.com to exercise your rights. You may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority, including the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
6. Scope and updates
This notice covers the studio website. It does not describe data processing within our games; any game-specific privacy information will be provided separately where relevant.
